Run by licensees for licensees to provide advice and information to all members, which includes all licensable activities e.g. pubs, night clubs, members clubs, off-licenses, restaurants and late night refreshment establishments.

An association of all the licensees in the Sheffield area with a constituted committee - encouraged by Sheffield City Council and backed by South Yorkshire Police. A copy of the constitution is available upon request.

All licensees are expected by Sheffield City Council and South Yorkshire Police to be members and take an active part in Sheffield LicenceWatch.

Administered by People United Against Crime, the charitable arm of South Yorkshire Police.

Three meetings are held during the year, you are advised to attend as many as possible, and at least two per annum to retain your membership.

A tri-annual newsletter is published and distributed to all members.

A 'Rogues Gallery' of photographs and information on recent offenders is also made available, but only issued on a personal basis at the tri-annual meetings. There are NOT for public display.

Ability to join LicenceWatch Radio Scheme, for those members who are within the frequency range of the system (additional costs required)

The following behaviour will not be tolerated in any licenced premises in Sheffield

Violence either physical or verbal, to the Licensee or to a member of staff or to any customer or member of the public

Theft from, or on the premises

Damage to the premises whether inside or outside

Use of, or supply of drugs

Any other Anti-Social Behaviour considered relevant by the Licensee or a member of staff

Any person knowingly purchasing any product for consumption on Licensed premises by any person subject of an Exclusion Order
